GM - Supply Chain - Fibre Optic Internet Provider - IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI

- To plan and manage Supply chain activities from Commercial, Procurement including Stores Operations and Warehouse Management to achieve company's business targets in a timely and cost-effective manner. Responsible for complete Supply Chain Management for the Business which entails vendor management, stores and all domestic and international purchases. Focus on Cost Reduction, developing alternate supplier, vendor development and inventory management.

1) Vendor Identification and development as one of the key focus areas

2) Vendor Rationalization to reduce multiple suppliers

3) Collaboration to develop new supplier/ product

4) Ensuring cost reduction by developing alternate suppliers for products.

5) Ensuring cost reduction and skilled in negotiations skills.

6) Cost management/ reduction

7) Working capital management through appropriate payment terms with suppliers and implementing advanced pricing wherever possible.

8) Optimization of Inventory with appropriate lead times, deliveries and stock management.

9) Stake holder management with respect to product deliveries and quality.

10) Work in sync with the new product development teams to identify vendors and to create samples/prototypes for the identified new products

- Should have Minimum 12+ years- of post qualification experience.
