Job Description

As a General Manager Strategy, you will be reporting to the Chief Executive of the Pharmaceutical business and will be responsible for:

- Driving short term and long term business strategy for the API and formulation services

- Driving periodic reviews of business strategy and business planning meetings and executing them

- Supporting and guiding Business Heads and BD Heads in developing annual operating plans and targets

- Leading or participating in appropriate initiatives with the business heads of various SBUs

- Continuously monitoring technology and industry trends globally and advise top management about the opportunities and drive the major strategic changes

The Successful Applicant

You are a MBA with 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. You have had relevant experience heading the P&L function in your previous assignments in the pharmaceutical space. You have a strategic bent of mind with a strong ability to think long term. You have significant business development knowledge and skills including sales and marketing experience.
