We have an urgent opening for “GM/Sr. GM – Project Management operation” profile with a pharmaceutical industry in Hyderabad.

Location : Hyderabad

Exp : 15 yrs +

Candidates from top B schools will be preferred (exp IIM/ISB / IIT etc.)

Reporting to CEO:

- Project Mgmt operation

- Should have experience in Solid Oral Dosage – Formulation

- Pharma background & consulting (Big 4 or Pharma consulting org)

- It’s a global role

- Co-ordination from Plant and R&D.

Job Description:

- Heading of formulations project management

- Projects allocation, Planning, tracking, scheduling and monitoring of all formulation projects like Solid orals, Injectables.

- Coordinating with cross functions teams (Portfolio management / Formulation development / Analytical / clinical / Regulatory / IPR / Packaging / Tech Transfer teams / Production / QA / QC / SCM) to ensure timely product delivery as per PIF commitment.

- Conduct the periodic projects reviews meetings, identifying early warning signals and on time escalation.

- Identify priorities the projects development cycle.

- Coordination CRD (Chemical research development) / APIs teams to ensure the availability APIs for development and exhibit batches purpose.

- Coordination with strategic sourcing for identification & procurement of API and Innovator samples.

- Coordination with Clinical Pharmacology Department slotting of Bio studies, availability results and reports.

- Ensuring the process discipline & focus on timelines.

- Ensuring the Regulatory and IPR clearances.

- Preparation of monthly projects progress reports / MIS for top management council.

- Make all the required decisions and resolving issues pertaining to project development.

- Handling of Exhibit batches scheduling, materials planning and inventory control.

- Handling the Innovator samples procurement.

- Handling the Formulation RnD licenses (Test, import and CBN NOC).
