GM/Sr GM/AVP - Construction Head

Designation: General Manager / Sr. General Manager / Assistant Vice President

Age: Around 45 Years

Qualification: BE / ME Civil from a recognized university

Experience: 20 to 25 years in construction / real estate

Preferred Industrial Experience: Hotels / Malls / Residential Luxury

Job Profile:

- Responsible for the complete project as a Project Head

- Establish clear process for managing projects to agreed timescale and cost with milestone programs in place.

- Must have a command over Civil and Finishing Works

- Monitored day to day coordination and liasoning with internal business departments, internal and external consultants.

- Coordinate and finalization of Architects and vendors.

- Complete tender activities, coordination with Architects team, coordinated services layout, prepare comparative towards work.

- Responsible for Complete site management

- Coordinate with the technical team for all technical approvals.

- Liasion with client, consultant, suppliers, and various Government Authorities as required.

- Project handover and close out.

- MIS reporting.

Salary: Upto 50 Lakhs CTC
