They are looking at recruiting a Site Head based out of their facility in Delhi NCR.   Job Description  Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:  - Building and managing plant operations budget(P&L) of the facility and operations in India  - Leading the plant EHS team to deploy EHS standards throughout the site  - Managing the entire supply chain from imports, assembly and manufacturing, repair centre, logistics, warehousing and distribution  - Leading a team and be responsible for their development in the organisation  - Interfacing with external stakeholders/agencies on matters related to plant operations  You will be a BE/BTech with more than 15 years of experience in plant operations with possible experience in commissioning a plant. The client is looking for someone with a strong operational background and excellent leadership skills.
