Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for management of F&A outsourcing operations comprising of Accounts payables accounts receivables, Month closures, GL accounting, Reconciliations and MIS reporting.

- Responsible for accuracy, timelines and the general integrity of the F&A Operations delivery and related reports.

- Responsible for process excellence by planning and implementing operations strategy. Review existing operations framework, identify areas of opportunity, explore cost controlling and cost management route and obtain top management opinion as required.

- Responsible for team management, hiring, motivating, retention and development of personnel directly associated in F&A section.

- Responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through SLA achievement.
