GM/Senior Manager - Marketing - Pharma/Healthcare

1. The position shall be responsible for all day-to-day activities of Business Development (Sourcing and Marketing), and for managing the same most efficiently and economically.

2. The position should be able to continuously develop alternative / new supply sources of raw material and new / alternative buyers for the finished products of the company. The responsibility would include introduction of atleast 10% new buyers each year.

3. The position shall ensure proper costing systems particularly for Sourcing, product wise, and for Marketing of each product, including all variable costs, processing costs, etc., and ensure that the same net contribution (sales price minus variable costs) is maintained or improve the contribution through higher sale prices or through lower raw material procurement prices, or both.

4. Ensuring proper maintenance of Sourcing, Marketing and other relevant records which are to be treated as confidential and treated accordingly

5. The position shall be responsible to ensure collection from the buyers/importers as per the payment terms stipulated in the sales invoice, to ensure sustained cash flow management as planned.

6. The position shall give market intelligence feedback to Senior Management, R&D & Q.C, on a continuous basis, so that R & D and QC activities can be aligned to achieve the immediate market requirements in the form of value added products, production and marketing.
