This is with regards to the position for Sr level mandate for GM/Sr Manager -IT(SAP- Application Projects) with a leading pharmaceutical industry based at Mumbai.

Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Post-graduate qualifications such as MBA (Finance/Operations) desirable

Additional qualifications such as PMP would be an advantage

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

- Overall ownership for, and responsibility of transformation initiatives and projects in the SAP functional domains and other Global Enterprise Systems.

- Work with Global Business Process Owners, to ensure the business application system meets the business requirements and provides strategic advantage.

- Program manage rollout of the SAP Global template to group company across the world.

- Plan and execute buildout and rollout of supporting enterprise systems such as Qlikview and TM1 Cognos for reporting, analytics and Planning and Budgeting.

- Responsible for providing direction and leadership to the deployment of applications in the Manufacturing, Quality and Regulatory functions.

- Work with Corporate QA to ensure compliance requirements are defined, managed and monitored

- Directly manage the SAP and non-SAP functional team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

- Utilize Performance Management processes to ensure objectives are achieved

Functional Expertise

- 15 + years of experience in the deployment and management of Enterprise Applications such as SAP

- Background in Business Transformation, IT Solutioning, Project Management, consulting, improving the performance of the business functions across various industries.

- Knowledge of processes in an FMCG/Pharma industry, exposure to Manufacturing is mandatory

- Knowledge of GXP validated environment is preferable

- Experience in both project implementation and production support, in a Global IT24/7 environment

- Skills, Knowledge, Abilities experience in reporting tools such as SAP BI, Qlikview and Tableau

- Knowledge of, and exposure to Advanced Planning Tools such as SAP APO, JDA etc would be a plus.
