Looking for a General Manager –Securitization (Treasury Dept) for one of India's large retail-finance companies, having wide operating footprint in India with 200 branches across 21 states in the country, for their HO at Kolkata. JOB PURPOSE

- Raise funds through securitization. Manage the relationship with various Rating Agencies, Banks, Mutual funds & trustees. Ensure compliance for documentation, timely reporting, MIS & remittances

- Reporting to Head of Treasury

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Managing relationship with the Banks & Institutions for raising Debt through the Securitization route

- Liaison with Rating Agencies, Arrangers, Legal Advisors & Due Diligence Auditors for securitization related activities.

- Responsible for various MIS & reports for both internal analysis or to be provided to Rating Agencies, Investors & Alliance partners.

- Placement, Monitoring, and managing the Fixed Deposits and other forms of Credit Enhancement

- Reconciliation of Portfolio with Investor

- Effectively management of remittance process & ensuring timely closure of the pools

Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance from a top institute with an experience of 7 years

- Experience in Structured Finance and a complete knowledge of the Securitization guidelines and market. Candidates currently working /worked in similar profiles in NBFC Sector would be preferred.
