Sales Professional (General Manager - Sales)

Job Description - Will be responsible for revenue generation of 1-2 teleco clients at a national level.

- Build and grow client relationships and existing clients

- Take the initiative and opportunity to identify, and create exciting new services for the mobile consumer

- Develop marketing and sales collateral for the designated application suite for the customer

- Conduct effective presentations, carry out techno-commercial interactions with clients

- Ability to communicate the company’s proposition to the target accounts

- Tracking competition with regard to each of accounts.

- Be independent in charge of defining deliverables, selling new product solutions and collections

- Achieve targeted business growth numbers

- Manage account teams and liaise with various intra-department teams pro-actively

- Undertaking in-depth and qualitative market research and analysis of reports about Customer behaviour, Usage pattern, prospective customer groups and making strategies based on the findings.

- Driving business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments for attaining targets with a view to optimize revenue.

- Strategically launching new services, developing marketing & communication strategies & generating revenues.

- Up-selling of other solutions services

- Interacting with sales, pre-sales team and other account teams

Skills required

- Prior experience managing multiple accounts in the area of telecom

- Minimum 8 years experience in independently handling large client accounts and client relationship

- Should have good knowledge in Mobile Value Added Services (VAS).

- Should have solutions selling experience

- Ability to understand and anticipate customer expectations

- Ability to understand telecom products and explain the value to potential customers.

- Prior experience of solutions selling to mobile operators is an added advantage.

- Candidate from VAS, ISP and Telecom Industries would be preferred.

- Good communications and interpersonal skills

- A go-getter and a team player

Experience - Relevant Experience of 8+ years

Qualification - B.E./B.Tech and MBA or degree equivalent in Business / Marketing / Management

Location - Noida, Mumbai, Bangalore
