For a Hi profile client of ours we are looking for a General Manager - Sales Operations (Commercial) to be based in Hyderabad.

Ideal candidate would be a MBA from reputed business school/university with 13+ years of experience in retail, Sales and marketing. Exceptional track record of developing and implementing innovative Commercial strategies that have consistently met/exceeded objectives.

Major responsibilities include

- To drive the top line growth in retail and allied services areas. Responsible for commercial revenue. His/her duties include optimizing existing businesses as well as developing new business opportunities to support the strategic objectives.

- Develop the commercial Strategy for concessioners and commercial Management processes

- Sales of the concessionaires and Revenue maximization

- Develop innovative promotions and create awareness for all the products - also ensure that the concessionaires drive exciting retail marketing strategies at the store level.

- Ensure the Retail partners adopt the highest standard of retailing

- Account planning for all key accounts to drive continuous improvements and ensure execution of agreed actions

- Identify new revenue stream and optimize layout/space utilization

- Improve overall consumer experience and thus develop brand value

- Increase in “spends per customer “by improving category wise performance

- Manage the contracting process and ensure all legal and security compliances

- Ensure that all SOP’s and compliances are adhered to by the commercial team
