General Manager- Sales & Marketing - Warehousing - Supply Chain Company

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Sales and Marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- To develop sales all over India

- Manage sales from scoping to go live.

- Focus on sales as per company requirements

- Give market information to management for new product development

- Define the sales target and measures to achieve sales target based on company requirements.

- Periodic sales review

- To develop and retain the client for Initial period of 3 months before handing the same to KAM

- Lead generation, networking, reaching out to decision makers in target companies

- Presenting a professional image of the company and its value proposition

- Understanding the client needs and offering solutions based on value addition rather than on features

- Creating a customized proposal based on a deep understanding of the client pain areas

- Collecting client feedback, ensuring proper service delivery

- Maintaining a long term relation with the client for future business

Candidate Profile :

- Prior sales experience of warehouse / 3PL for more than 10 years

- Experience of All India Sales for at least 2-3 years.

- Must possess Leadership Quality

- Must be Self-Motivated

- Must have good communication skills

- Presentation skill to the external customer and internal customer
