Job Responsibilities:

1. Exhibiting skills in handling business unit like polymers, adsorbents, printing inks, silicon products individually or can make team under yourself.

2. Responsible for collection of Revenues; Contribution Margin; Collections and Inventory management for stock and sale customers.

3. Ensure achievements of annual targets for (i) sales volume (ii) sales realization (iii) profits in both domestic and overseas markets.

4. Identify high potential new applications for existing and new products and lead efforts to commercialize them.

5. Meet sales goals, develop account strategy, negotiate price, sell to customer needs, sales planning, manage processes, maintain sales reports, develop market and competitor knowledge, develop budgets, delivers presentations to customers.

6. Drive developmental projects and secure long term business contracts with key accounts.

7. Introducing new product with technical seminar & customer visits.

8. Good presentation skills and understanding of Chemical market and marketing tools.

9. Work closely with R&D and manufacturing teams for effective product trials and rapid commercialization.

Desired Candidate profile:

1. Should have done graduation/ post graduation with chemical background.

2. Relevant experience of 8-10 years and should have minimum 5 years of experience in chemical industry.

Salary commensurate with qualification & experience.
