Position : General Manager- Sales & Marketing

Business Division: Automotive & General Industries Paint

Location: Head Office - Kolkata

Work Experience : 15 – 20 yrs

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Chemical) with MBA / PGDM (Marketing)

Job Profile :

- The incumbent will be responsible for the overall Sales & Marketing operation of Auto & GI business division. Part of the job role shall also include regular coordination with Central R&D and Materials function to initiate cost reduction of Automotive & General Industrial paint products to achieve profitability target. Shall carry out necessary co-coordination with foreign collaborators of the company for technology support, induction and absorption in Berger; along with exploitation of new technology products in markets for different segments. In the given role the person is supposed to maintain contact with all the strategic B2B customers by visiting them regularly and satisfying their expectations in respect of technology, quality, supply and overall customer service level.

- Shall primarily be responsible for handling the CED (Cathodic Electro Deposited) technology paint business across automotive industry in India, apart from managing dealer network to service other industrial paint customers across various industries. The role demands streamlining workflows and creating a team environment among responsible Managers to enhance business prospects.

Job Exposure - Should have exposure in handling techno commercial sales in Auto

- OEMs / Auto ancillaries; preferably representing a paint company or currently having sales background backed with earlier experience in Paint Shop operations in auto industry.

Personality Traits

- Proactive leader and planner with expertise in strategic planning, execution having high achievement orientation, Strong Analytical capability, good inter-personal relationships & business acumen.
