Position Overview: Part of the ITSM consulting sales organisation you will be driving ITSM Consulting Business Development across India & Middle East markets.  Location: Bangalore, with travel to major Indian Cities & Middle East  Responsibilities:  A. Propagating Client's brand across industry verticals  B. Driving ITSM Consulting & Training Business Development across India & Middle East  C. Taking a consultative approach of identifying Client requirements & providing suitable solutions  D. Providing consulting assistance to external Client Organizations  E. Providing pre-sales assistance in the ITSM space  F. Handling BD & Service delivery Partner Management  G. Key Account Management, resulting into higher business volume  Experience, Skills & Certifications:  A. Educational qualification: MBA & BE, B.Tech / equivalent   B. Certifications:   i. Preferred Certifications: ITIL V3 Expert (not mandatory)  C. Experience:  i. ITSM Solution sales experience of minimum 7 years (up to 10 years)  ii. ITSM Consulting (internal or external) experience of 2 years and above  iii. High level of working knowledge of MS powerpoint, Excel & Project  iv. Good understanding of ITSM tools & technologies landscape  D. Skills:  i. Open to a highly dynamic work environment  ii. Open to extensive travel across India and overseas  iii. Quick learner  iv. Good communication skill, and well groomed personality  v. Able to manage work with minimum supervision
