GM - Research & Development - Formulation

- Lead a team of formulation scientists to Design, Develop and plan scientific experiments for dosage forms i.e. Patenting strategics, Pre- formulation study, Prototype development lab & stability batch, Scale-up & Pre Exhibit Batch at the shop floor as per the Regulatory Guidelines

- Work on generic as well as value added generic products for global markets.

- Cross functional participation both within and outside the R&D for supporting product development, including analytical, bioanalytical, preclinical and clinical research, technology transfer and production teams, QC/QA and regulatory as major support functions.

- Ensure product development within the agreed timeline and cost with a variance of not more that 10%

- Participate in screening and selection of new opportunities for development at the R&D and propose, strategy and budget for the same.

- Team building and team development

- Ensure timely delivery of reports from Analytical Perspective for the products under development.

- Ensure timely delivery of the BA/BE studies for the products under development.

- Ensure complete and error free documentation at various levels of the product development and review of the same for the products with Documentation cell prior to submission to the regulatory body.

5.1.1 Must

- Should be skilled to develop the product for the ICH Region. Expected to have a good experience of working on platform technologies in the oral drug delivery and injectable dosage forms for the value added generics and generics business portfolio.

5.1.2 Preferred

- Expertise on Generics and value added generics for Oral and injectable dosage forms For global markets.
