We are looking for General Manager QA / QC with one of the leading FMCG which is into personal care and skin care products.

Experience - 19 to 26 Years

CTC - 18.00 L.P.A To 22.50 L.P.A

Location - Mumbai

Qualification - Any Graduate - MBA would be preferred

- Ensure Preparation and implementation of system SOPs, implementation of instrument SOPs

- Preparation of MFCs, concurrent validation protocols in consultation with R & D & Pkg. Development for technology transfer process

- Recommendation for authorization for commercial production from CEO for New product or changes in existing product

- Implementation of operational SOPs

- Validation data analysis

- Internal audits, gap analysis, review of CAPA, follow up audits

- APR (Annual Product Review)

- APR (Annual Process Review)

- ACR (Annual Complaint Review)

- Vendor Development (RM/PM)

- Vendor Evaluations (RM/PM)

- Method Developments for analytical parameters

- Specification review & up gradation (RM/PM)

- Complaint handling, data analysis for inputs to R & D after corrective action

- Retrospective validations

- Process optimizations

- Trainings and evaluations

- Software master maintenance & troubleshooting

- Accelerated stability & marketed product stability of commercial validation batches of HRI Products along with data compilation and review

- Regulatory compliances for all statutory requirements for all location

- Building and maintenance of QA/QC team at all levels of operations

- Handle team of QA/QC & Corporate QA across the company.
