GM -Projects – Land Development and Promotion:

QUALIFICATION - Post Graduate in Management / B.E/ any other post graduate qualification.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - 10-12 YEARS (minimum 5 to 6 yrs experience in land development and promotion)

- Should have experience in promoting and selling large pockets of land. Good exposure in South Indian market more in Tamil Nadu

Job Description:

Land Acquisition

- Manage the entire process of land acquisition and facilitate transaction closure

- Carry-out the financial feasibility modeling and do financial structuring of deals

- Site Marking With survey & Site Visit

- Finalize the Contractors

- Site benefits Presentation

- Negotiating with landowners and consolidation

- Work closely with the Management and Legal team to enable closure of the transaction through a structured legal, financial and commercial due diligence

Project Feasibility

- Carry-out area specific competition analysis, local market dynamics and market assessment

- Preparing Sales & Marketing Plan

- Liaisoning with Government Agencies for statutory compliance requirements and sanctions

- Assist project management team with all relevant inputs for best possible project delivery

- CRM

Marketing

- Preparing Marketing Budget

- Company Brand Building

- Participating in Exhibitions

- Web marketing and PR activities

- Preparing Marketing MIS Report

Sales

- Prepare and execute sale plan and sales budget

- Achieving sales target as per Sales Plan

- Prepare Sales MIS report

- Training and development of Sales Team.
