GM Marketing - Mechanical Fire Fighting Systems (Hydrants/Sprinklers/Foams etc)
Role :
- Responsible of generating the Market share throughout INDIA.
- Revenue Generation and P&L responsibility
- Responsible of Interacting with consultants & Direct End Users for new projects from the initial stages & Converting in to orders.
- Responsible of interacting with direct users like refineries, petro chemicals, Fertilizers Company, Port’s in INDIA for their direct TENDER requirements for systems like GAS SUPPRESSION, FIRE ALARM , FOAM SYSTEM , HYDRANT SYSTEM.
- Dealing with Government PSU’s for their new tenders and going for PREBID MEETINGS , TECHNO COMMERCIAL meeting, converting in to orders.
- Quoting for Tenders, handling VENDOR REGISTERATIONS with new Companies.
- Arranging seminars & Technical presentations as per NFPA, OISD to the consultants in INDIA, strengths in Hydrant System , Foam System , Gas suppression system
- Detailing for the Company Website, Product Catalogue & CD.
- Interacting with clients throughout India, mainly Focused on the WESTERN REGION of INDIA & catering to their needs accordingly
- Experience into Project Sales is a must
Reporting : Directly to the Director and Managing Director
Reportees : 4 People ( One Senior Manager and 3 executives)
Travelling : Not really too Frequent however the Person needs to be a Self Starter and Independent and someone who can create work for himself.
Outstation Candidates are welcome as long as they come with a good business Generation Plan and can Join at the Earliest.
There is no Incentive Structures yet however there is a Performance Linked Bonus that is Given at the End of the Year.
Qualifications : BE + MBA with at least 10 – 15 years Exp in Project Sales
CTC – Upto 18 Lacs Max
Ideal Companies List : Agnice/UTC/Superfire/Tyco/Sterling Wilson/New Fire/Metec or any other companies that are into Fire Fighting Contracts
