Job Description :

The candidate should be a professional with 15 years rich experience :-

- Programme Management

- Product Design & Development

- Product Management

- Technology Transfer

- People Management

- Resource Management

- Application Engineering

- New Product Launches / Marketing

- Concept to commercialization process / buy / brand and sell products

Purpose of the job :

- Responsible for driving programme management / design & development function towards adhering to mile stones

- To ensure that all internal processes and matrix are aligned to improve the quality of the product and to reduce cost

Role & Responsibilities :

- Experience in Programme Management, Handling multiple projects in automotive OE, or related fields

- Managing work streams including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality & Engineering focused at timely completion of multiple programmes

- Experience in handling the complete project operations entitling planning, resource utilization and manpower management

- Hands on experience in application engineering of automobile components preferred

- Experience in managing projects with overseas global engineering teams

- Experience in product management, product life cycle management

- Proficient at maintaining cordial relationship with customers, ensuring quality and service norms to achieve customer satisfaction and business retention

- An effective communicator and an orator with strong analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities

- Possess a flexible and detail oriented attitude.

- A recognized leader in people management, associate motivation and retention
