Job Location - Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Providing technology leadership, strategy & business Support

- Collaborate with business/technical analysts and business stakeholders to ensure understanding of business requirements

- As a Key technical / team restructuring activities, in line with business needs and cost factors

- Champion the architectural planning and software design

- Participate in technical design reviews, functional specification reviews, and contribute to development project estimates, scheduling, test plans, and code reviews

- Adopt and enforce all software development life cycle processes as well as internal quality processes

- Interacting with the stakeholders on requirement gathering

- Translate the requirement in required form and assign it to team

- Providing technical solution for the problem defined

- Delivering the task on time without compromising the quality

- Handle technical problems and Trouble shooting
