About the client- It is the leading home electrical specialist in India having a vast portfolio comprising of Power back up solutions such as UPS, UPS Batteries and Solar Applications to Electrical offerings such as Fans, Wires & Switches.

Job Description Candidate shall be responsible for:

1. Create product road-map & ensure product introduction as per plans

2. Create Marketing Page for new Products - Projected Sales, Pricing, GM, and Features & Benchmarking

3. Introduce Programs for driving sales - S2S, U2S, and Dealer Skilling for solar plant execution: Concept - Content - Execute

4. Product Certification

5. Drive Product Mix & Sales through Incentive programs

6. Prepare ATL & BTL programs for each region along with budget planning

7. Competition tracking

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Candidate should be at least a graduate having minimum 5 years- experience in Sales / Marketing of Solar Products and total of 15 years- experience.

2. Candidate should have handled product marketing for Solar products / Inverters (Specially Roof top solar)

3. Marketing experience should include product Management, program / campaign design & execution

4. Candidate should have expertise in Invertors & knowledge of following Power Products -

- Inverters / UPS

- Batteries

- Solar Panels

5. Excellent Communication Skills / Team person & Collabrative / lateral thinker
