Key responsibilities:

- Will be responsible as a Single Point of Contact driving PEX partnership with Transformation Leads. He/she shall work towards creating business impact and shall co own the Process Improvement agenda driven by structured initiatives using Lean, Kaizen and Company's improvement methodology in different GSC sites for the respective Global Processes.

- He/she shall provide forward-looking strategic PEX Consultation and solutions to the Global processes they support.

- He/she shall provide strategic PEX support and counsel to the Global Processes in the areas of Project Identification & Prioritization.

- He/she shall collaborate with & leverage PEX Centres of Excellence (OPPR, PEX training, Kaizen and GB resource development, QMS and Best Practice Transfer) to ensure process improvement transformation models are supported within the programs.

- Will be responsible for driving improvement initiatives with the ‘Execution’ Leads & will also work with the business ‘Transformation’ Leads to pick up specific work streams and initiatives on Value Stream Mapping, Process flow, Waste and Non Value identification.

- Will be responsible for project management and results delivery for the identified PEX initiatives.

- Works with collaboration with close collaboration with the PEX organization of clusters to ensure synergy during transformation and process opportunity identification.

- Will be responsible for the effective utilization and up-skilling of the PEX team working with in the Global Delivery Lead’s Programs

- Key Objectives could include the following:

1. Work on a ROI of 5X of investment on annual basis.

Required experience & skills

- Significant Project Management Experience

- Ability work effectively in a matrixed organization

- PEX tools knowledge, preferably certified Black Belt or Master Black Belt, Lean /Six sigma experience

- Ability coach improvement projects.

- Worked in key business transformation project as a team member or leader

- Demonstrated Analytical and Problem solving skills

- Experienced in managing multiple projects
