- Experience in FMCG Industry
- Responsible for sale or private label products
- Generate sales of company products in order to achieve or exceed the annual sales targets
- Ensures that the label meets sales and profit goals.
- Develops merchandising strategies, budgets, sales targets, and profit objectives.
- Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region
- Will be responsible for expansion of distribution network, distributors and sub-distributors. Monitoring distributor performances and ensuring optimum ROI. Provide distributors and customers with information about new or improved products and services in order to improve sales in the region
- Establish and ensure that all sales administration procedures are properly implemented to support the sales teams in their efforts to accomplish the sales targets
- Responsible for defining the revenue growth strategy
- Managing channel development and effectiveness
- Responsible for the design and production of products for private labels.
- Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure that adequate marketing support by way of merchandising and promotions is available in the region in order to provide brand visibility and promote sales in the region
