Required General Manager Plant Operation @ Pithampur, Indore

We have an Urgent opening in Two wheeler Manufacturing Company;

Position: GM- Plant Operation

Location- Pithampur

Job Profile:

- Reviewing of Conversion Cost in regard with Manpower deployed, Consumable Cost, Maint. Cost ( Kwh/ Veh. Etc ),and other Variable cost.

- To plan manpower requirement and Budget in coordination with all concerned sanction heads , ensure execution of optimal resources to control the cost per vehicle

- Strategic planning and execution to control and periodic review to have check and balance on overheads in providing services to employees

- Strategy for addressing internal customer and external customer

- Straight pass improvement by addressing day to day quality related issues

- Ensuring resolution of day to day issues in regard with quality / Discipline to have cohesiveness among the team

- Systematic approach to avoid reoccurrence of problem.

- Study of process and improvement made to make the Robust Process

- Tool development to make Robust Process ,To increase the Production and Productivity

- Strategy for optimal utilization of resources to control per vehicle cost i.e. Rationalization of Oils , Energy efficient Motors on machines ,Improvement in process need to know base.

- Initiation of latest system to improve efficiency of workmen by process mapping and arresting all 3 M ( Muda , Mura , Muri )

- Development of system to share all best practices to the Team to update the process , people

- Introduction of Motivational Tools for the team to have new Ideas for further improvement in process and people

- Identification of Training needs to Make people Versatile

- Ensuring availability of people for training

- Training Module Identification

- Developing internal faculties for training.


Experience:

- Industrial Relations experience is very necessary.

Specific desirable experiences/ preferred knowledge areas:

- 2 Wheelers industry experience is preferred.

- Knowledge and experience of intricacies of running the complete operations of the plant
