Our client is a global leader in the worldwide healthcare market specialising in the areas of Orthopaedics, Compression Therapy, and Wound Care;

Position Title: General Manager, Goa manufacturing plant

Job location: Goa, India

JOB SUMMARY :

- To manage the Goa manufacturing facility in accordance with the global organisation's Medical process / procedures and in compliance with all local health, safety, legal and ethical regulations..

- The position is in Goa where they already have a plant- The incumbent would have to build a new facility that meets international specifications to manufacture products for global market requirements.

ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Key Areas of Accountability:

1. Business Planning

3. Performance management

4. Business controls - Ensure all relevant regulations are met (e.g FDA, GMP, QA, ISO etc.). Ensure the development and implementation of effective business controls, including internal & external audit processes that reflect the needs of the plant and enable management control of the plant.
