Urgently looking for a General Manager Planning for one of the reputed Real Estate company based at Mumbai. The candidate will report to VP - Projects. Candidates should have a qualification of BE / MBA. Job Description for General Manager Planning based at Mumbai

1. Will Prepare Schedules for on-going Projects including Material procurement, Contracts award & Drawings
receipt and monitor the same.

2. Work out projected completion dates for various milestones in project completion; inform the bottle necks
to the concerned project managers

3. Generate the delay analysis report, create the crashed schedules aiming the recovery of the delays occurred.

4. Core team member in Design & Implementation of SAP Module (PS & DMS) (1st implementation)

5. Preparation of Project MIS reports fortnightly based on review of projects and send to senior management

6. Conduct the Project progress review meetings with project team, consultants& contractors every fortnight.

7. Visit sites, co-ordinate with Execution & other departments like Purchase, Contracts, Design, etc. and make
sure required inputs, resources reach project site as per planned date, review issues & identify bottlenecks if any.

8. Generate S-curves (Cost v/s time) for the projects and send the same to management.

9. Conduct training for new comers & regular staff at senior & junior levels on Introduction to planning department & SAP systems.
