Our client is one of the leading BPO's, they are looking for a GM in the Pharmacovigilance space, to be based in Bangalore.

Key responsibilities may include:

People – Responsibilities

- Manage stakeholders Expectations effectively

- Effectively coach or counsel team on career path

- Demonstrate Good Leadership skills with ability to communicate effectively.

- Develop and implement a continuous improvement programme to increase efficiency & reduce costs

- Identification of competency gaps In team members and ensuring adequate training.

- Handling the career development activities for team members including performance management and informal feedback

Process – Responsibilities

- High performance BPO pov for key Pharma services (characteristics of basic vs. leading practice BPO services)

- Develop Accenture recommended processes for PV

- Develop Standard metrics, SLAs for PV processes

- Define our processes at a high level – to aid in estimating, and to document an Accenture recommended position

- Support New RFP’s,

- Create Assets to help improve process & sell

- Review by Capability area – Once in a month & Publish MIS by Capability

- Prepare & Own SOP by Skill

- Complete Standard Delivery Suite, provide Inputs into Product Costing for Offerings

- Estimating model with products, key solutioning inputs, cost drivers, key assumptions

- Put Service Performance Model (High performing BPO pov) into action for new deals

- Support sales campaign to drive improved deal flow (Capability input into Offerings view of services, value prop)

- Differentiated capability development: new initiatives such as Analytics, tool evals (to close offering gaps)

- Identify and activate Capability Action Network – focused on initial development and definition of Pharma Capability (i.e. to achieve above objectives)

- Identify and set in place Action Network for ongoing capability initiatives – driving innovation, cost reductions, etc.
