Some of the critical parameters that are essential for this positions are as below;

- Graduate Engineer from Property Management Background

- Minimum 5 years experience in property management

- Experience of managing HVAC plant of > 2000 TN

- Experience of managing a team of >200

- Strong presentation & communication skills

Age – 40 – 50 years
