What we are looking for :
- 5-9 years of experience
- Post graduate degree in business - MBA (Top schools only). Premium/Tier-1 institutions /Defence a discernible plus
- Experience in having managed large teams
- Experience and passion for building and operating through systems and processes
- Operating discipline to lead large teams and set people measurement systems
- Should have a strong analytical frame of mind and be a self starter
Responsibilities:
- Be a strong operating leader for the region - and drive a process oriented and systematic growth. Customer orientation a key criteria for future success in the role.
- Drive and achieve the expansion plan of the region. Online systems management a strong plus.
- Responsible for the entire P&L account for the region
a) Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets
- Relationship management and development for the region. Strong marketing & business development/promotions experience/mind-set a strong plus.
- To build a confident and motivated team across the regional
- Effectively coordinate with other regional and central functions - BD, HR, Finance and Supply Chain
- Solely responsible for quality and customer experience in the region
