GM - Operations - Hospitality

We have a suitable senior vacancy based in Mumbai as GM-Operations. Our clients are a leading, professionally managed MNC chain of outlets into wellness/personal care & grooming - World leaders in their field.

The position is based in Mumbai and reports to the CEO.

The incumbent will be responsible for Topline & bottom-line including Sales, Revenue Growth, Profitability, Cost Control through Budget planning and company’s day-to-day operating activities. The position will lead a team of centre managers, operations managers and support staff. Our clients offer excellent salary/perks and career growth paths.

KRAs: This position is responsible for the world class performance of the chain including customer service, operational effiiency, profitability, sales, & employee engagement.

Candidate Profile: Graduates / MBAs with 10-20 years relevant experience in Reputed Hotels/ Premium-Single-Brand-Retail Chains/ Hospitality / Beauty salons/wellness / personal-care & grooming chains/fitness/sports/jewellery
