Job Description:

- Increased the fleet as per business plan and achieved targets on month on month basis.

- Implemented processes as per laid SOP

- Increased the collection and revenue from call center and Airport operations.

- Strengthening of Airport Operations.

- Closure of Vendors from System

- Refurbishment of cabs

- Successfully increase daily rental from drivers

- Successful in making driver training as a routine practice


Key Skills:

A) Operation Management

B) Team management

C) Budgeting and Forecasting


Qualifications:

- B.E / B.Tech Graduate from a reputed institute.

- Smart decision making skills and knows how to build shared vision with the team on tough choices, trade-offs and to be able to learn from them.

- Good multi-tasking and organization skills.

- MBA from a reputed institute is a plus.
