We are currently looking for a General Manager Sales and Marketing - New Product Development.
Its a Leadership Role- with one of our fastest growing client- in Railway Product Manufacturing Division.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for taking a product from concept to commercialization that involves marketing research, sales forecasting, and promotional planning.
2. To conduct feasibility and manufacturability study for new products / segments.
3. Develop an exhaustive strategy for present and future products. Also, executing strategies for market penetration for new products.
4. Tapping new business markets overseas.
5. Responsible for sales, service and installation activities for new products.
6. Responsible for determining customer segments, product categories, geographies, and channels that are primary targets for our products.
7. To conduct margin analysis, industry/market research, and in-life performance measurement to determine product demand, positioning, viability, and profitability.
8. Responsible for providing effective solutions in reaction to the application of concepts, techniques, knowledge, or processes developed to support the new product or product change.
9. Responsible for Project management of all product integration/launches/changes throughout implementation.
10. Should be comfortable in dealing with the govt. officials / public sector organization.
11. Should have experience in handling Govt. business like railways & defense.
