Major KRA's:
- Develops the marketing & brand management strategy.
- Drives the formulation of marketing strategy
- Monitors Brand health, product performance segment wise and aligns actions to Marketing strategy
- Overall responsibility in formulation of Brand vision, brand architecture
Ideal Candidate: MBA with 11-15 years of experience in marketing in the personal care space.
