We would like to present to you an opportunity for the role of GM - Marketing.
Our Client is one of the largest tertiary care hospital in East India, with state-of-the-art facilities in Cardiology and Cardiac surgery, Neurology and Neurosurgery, Orthopaedics, Joints and Spine treatment, Liver and Gastroenterology, a large Dialysis facility, advanced Urology services and a host of other support services, all under the same roof.
This hospital has been created keeping in mind that those needing treatment should find this unit as an end-point of their search for excellence in clinical services, ambience and staff behaviour, and at prices so slated so as to be affordable to all. It is a sincere attempt to stop patients from having to travel to north or south India for treatment. They strive to build in transparency in our actions and develop strong doctor-patient communication.
Our client serves as the hub for smaller hospitals in Siliguri, Asansol and various others in the northeast. It is a 500 bedded establishment and strongly believes that people are their greatest assets, and are backed by a team of doctors and medical professionals of national and international repute, and employ over 1000-strong diversified workforce. Every year, they attend to approx. over 1, 00,000 patient visits at their outpatient clinics, manage over 10,000 inpatient admissions and perform 6,000 surgeries.
Our Client is looking to take on board a GM – Marketing.
What Kind of work you will be involved in?
As a GM - Marketing, your job responsibilities will broadly be as below:
- Promote & Establish Brand through press conferences, awareness programs and clinical activities.
- Create & strengthen referral network directly through trade doctors, information providers, information centers & NH tie up.
- Organize CME/OPD/Free Camps in various areas to support branding and create referrals.
- Managing SME empanelment & managing State Government Tie Up for various healthcare programs.
- Managing below the line marketing activity for brand awareness and drive footfalls
- Meeting revenue targets through above activities & delivering healthy bottom line managing debtors as per company guidelines.
Location: Kolkata (Out-station candidates can apply if open to relocation and have good network and contacts in Kolkata and East India)
Experience: 10-14 years of experience in Marketing/ Sales with 2 to 3 years’ experience in heading the department in similar capacity, preferably from reputed hospital/ pharmaceutical/ health care company or any reputed organization.
Compensation: 15 lakhs to 24 lakhs p.a
