- MBA from a top-tier business school

- Experience in senior marketing roles in top-tier high-technology / e-commerce organizations

- 8+ years of relevant marketing experience, 10+ years of total experience

- Proven ability to lead and manage teams

- Experience working with multiple vendors and agencies

- Hands-on experience with inbound marketing, PR, SEO, SEM, SMM, social media, brand-building, digital content, ATL/BTL activities

- Strong consumer relationship and interaction skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
