GM (Logistics)

- Supervision of In-bound and Out-bound Logistics function to ensure proper inward and outward material movements. This is done by providing adequate and timely transportation facilities to meet the targets for Procurement, Sales and Marketing.

- Meeting monthly despatch targets by arranging transportation.

- Meeting monthly receipt targets by arranging transportation.

- Contracting for Inbound and Outbound and Internal transportation.

- Approving all transportation bills for payment.

- Approving all market-rate transportation (Spot tenders and Re-tenders)

- Availability of vehicles for Internal movements within the plant.

- Consolidated reports on daily executions to corporate office

- Interface with various departments to achieve the desired results.
