Position is with leading travel industry-

- It incorporates 50% litigation and 50% non litigation work

- Within litigation – 90% is civil and 10% is criminal

- The matters would be related to consumer law, ED matters, civil recovery matters, dealing with notices for customer complain

- Civil matters and matters on damages

- It is essential to have knowledge on property and entitlement

- non litigation would involve non business drafting agreement with business partners e.g (where should the counter be placed on the airport)

- the individual is preferable from a service background and who has worked in corporate and litigation. Could be from the hospitality industry.
