GM - Legal/IPR - Auto/Pharma/FMCG/Mfg

The person will be heading the IPR vertical in the Legal Department and giving advice on all the matters relating to IPR.

- Managing the IPR Portfolio for Organisation.

- Liaisoning and briefing solicitors and advocates in respect of legal matters related to IPR

- Managing the patents & Trademarks.

- Performing qualitative analysis of patents and patent portfolios from a legal, strategic and business perspective

- Negotiating the licensing agreements in liue of patents of Organisation.

- Protecting IPR of the company by tracking trade mark journals and filing oppositions, defending trade mark applications in opposition, rectifications

- Dealing with various litigation cases- design litigation/ patent litigation etc

- Creating IP Awareness within organisation
