KRA:
1. Drive L&D Strategy: Create the L&D plan for the specified business in alignment with group L&D strategy with implementation plans, training calendars, and measures for training effectiveness. Target as per T&D dashboard benchmarks:
Average Training man days
Penetration percentage
Training effectiveness scores
Cost per employee
Unique Learners percentage
2. Effective partnering with business to build capability to deliver both short & long term.
3. Effectively deploying a judicious blend of learning modes to address capability gaps.
4. Training and Assessments : Facilitate annual TNA exercise for specific businesses using inputs from :
Performance Management System
Business Objectives
identify functional & behavioral development needs of the business
5. Projects/ initiatives: Drive core development programs and engagement projects for different employee segments
6. OD Interventions : Identify, Facilitate the rollout & anchor OD intervention within the business
7. Appropriate behavioural & leadership developmental interventions to build diverse & inclusive Talent pipeline
8. Talent management & succession planning to cater to current & future organization needs
