Job description:
Learning & Development Strategy, System & Process:
- Partner with business heads / functional heads in India and overseas to understand the areas of competency development
- Identify, introduce, propose and get approval to lead and implement new Learning & Development initiatives aligned to Group's strategy, objectives and established Behavioural Competency framework.
- Prepare, review and implement the Learning & Development policy on a periodic basis with the support of Group Head - HR
- Develop functional competency matrix / framework for all operations.
- Develop and design a robust system for maintaining Learning &Development Dashboard / MIS in order to optimize L&D efficiency and effectiveness
- Benchmark Learning & Development practices to develop it as a center for excellence.
Learning & Development Plan / Execution:
- Align training to the development needs of the individuals, businesses and organizations vision, strategy and objectives
- Develop content for training aligned to the Group Behavioural Competency Framework
- Identify and develop a pool of external trainers/ facilitators and partner with the trainers to customize the training delivery
- Coordinate with Facility management Services to plan and execute the administrative arrangements with an attention to dealing in order to have an effective training delivery as per the training plan
- Create a plan to develop Internal training resources and engage with them periodically to plan and deliver suitable process/technical training
eLearning Solution/ Learning technologies:
- Develop e-learning capability for the group through appropriate e learning vendor / solution provider etc.
- Launch relevant e-learning modules / develop content as per requirement
- Continuously evaluate best technology enabled learning solutions relevant for global teams.
