Job Title - General Manager (Industrial Relations)

Company - World Leading Manufacturing Company

Location - Karnataka

Industry - Manufacturing having turnover of Rs. 10,000/- plus crore.

Experience - 10-15 years.

Compensation - Negotiable

Job Description:

- Responsibility includes to implement ER strategy/Policies for the plants.

- Proactively provide continuous support to plants in terms of ER deliverables.

- Contract Labour Management, Employee Welfare pertaining to Statute & Company.

Desired Skills & Experience

- MSW / M.A. in P & IR / MBA in P & IR. Degree in Law (Desirable). The candidate should have 12-15 years of experience in Industrial Relations from reputed Companies.

- The candidate should be well versed in managing procedure of disciplinary action / enquiry etc. in English/Marathi/Kannada languages and handling Court matters pertaining to labours.

- Thorough knowledge of Labour Laws & Liaison with Govt. Agencies.

- Preferred age – below 45 years.
