One of the Group’s flagship companies is a major player in the Indian pharmaceuticals industry with a vision of becoming a global entity in the arena.  With an all-round experience in generation, transmission and distribution of power, and a proven track record of implementing large power projects, our Client is the most experienced private sector player in Gujarat.  Job Relationships:  Reporting to :VP - HR  Role & Responsibilities  - Administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs in the area of benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, performance management and organisational development  - Development of HR Policies and its documentation  - Manpower planning which includes evolving new organisation structure and identification of vacancies  - Recruitment and staffing  - Compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting particularly with respect to ESI / PF authorities, Government Labour Officer, etc.  - Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health  Competency requirements:  - Minimum 15 years’ post qualification experience in reputed organizations  - Should have working knowledge of Marathi  - Should be proficient in working in a computerized environment.  Qualification & Experience:  - Full time MBA / PGD in Personnel Management /HR / IR from reputed institute  - 15 – 20 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed organization with hands on experience in HR, IR and Administration, preferably from Oil and Gas / Power/ Infrastructure/ Energy with atleast 1000 manpower  Location: Bhiwandi, Thane   Compensation: On par with the industry standards
