Job Description : Reporting to the Sr. Director HR (Head- HR operations) you will be responsible for:
Talent Acquisition :
- Lead the hiring initiatives for the company.
Performance Management:
- Ensure effective functioning of Performance Management process in the organization.
- Formulating retention strategies, managing attrition and analyzing its causes.
- Ensure effective usage of ERP for PMS and Recruitment modules.
- Managing a robust HR team responsible for end to end HR activity for the sales and support function for a business unit.
The Successful Candidate :
- Ideally, you are degree qualified in Business management or HRM, with 11 to 15 years of post-graduation experience, with a man management experience of managing at least 4 employees.
- You should be a robust and versatile HR professional with good interpersonal skills. You should possess excellent business acumen and should be quality conscious while working to bring continuous improvement.
