Age - Around 35 - 42 yrs
Language - Should be good at Telugu and English
Qualification - Post graduate in HR / MBA – HR
CTC - Around 25 lacs PA + Perks
Experience - 12- 15 years of relevant experience in the industry with atleast 4-5 years in immediate level below General Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manpower planning and optimal utilization
- Ensuring adherence to organizational
- Recruitment
- Appraisals
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Training & Development
- Statutory compliance
- Dealing with the statutory authorities during external audits
- Office general administration
- Employee welfare and canteen operations monitoring
- Fleet operations
- Outsourced manpower / vendor management
- Coordination for all office related events
- Building maintenance and repairs
- Admin related asset maintenance at all the locations incl. Sales offices across country
- Budgeting and monitoring the costs as per the budget.
Work experience requirement:
Education and Training Requirements:
- Must be an MBA in Human Resources Management
Skills and Competency Requirements:
- Must have wide knowledge and expertise in HR role, organizational policies and ethics.
- Knowledge and ability to develop and implement company policies.
- Ability to take decisions independently
- Must be keen and goal oriented.
