Please find below the brief about the profile.

- Looking forward for a candidate with abilities such as OD, Talent Acquisition, Competency Mapping, Talent Mgmt, PMS,AC/DC, Learning & Development, SAP-HR.

- Candidate with sound knowledge of HR new initiative to be design and drive along with IR n legal in-deft knowledge.

- Responsible for (2000+ R&D Scientists) Manpower across all Strategic Business Units.

- Mapping and developing all HR Policies and Processes customizing them to the local requirements in alignment with the requirements (Joining & Induction Policy, Performance Management System, Reward & Recognition Policy, IJP & Employee Referral, Succession Policy, Communication Policy, Consequence and Grievance Handling Policy, Separation Policy).

- Responsible for HR MIS for Business Unit: Monthly Reporting, Operational Review Meeting, Quarterly Reporting.

- Organization Development/Change Management - To Manage and/or Lead Organizational Development and Change Management activities within the scope of the role.
