A strategic role, The General Manager - Human Resources would be responsible for leading and overseeing the Corporate Human Resources for India operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides consultation to business heads in support of COE - Talent management.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and Shared Service team and provide guidance to the business heads in strategic HR areas mainly on future growth/succession planning/future leaders development/change management.
- Develops and implements the Orientation Plan for employees joining at Senior Levels.
- To support the business growth and strategy by building strategic organizational competencies.
- Designs, formulates and implements the Organization Development initiatives for the organization across the Corporate.
Desired Profile:
- MBA in HR or Master's degree in equivalent field from a premier institute like XLRI/TISS/IIM
- 11 to 15+ years of experience in the Core HR space (Talent management/HR Specialist/OD)
- Experience in OD and change management in a midsized firm and having FMCG Industry experience would be preferred
- Capacity to think strategically and to work independently
- Excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills
- Senior Team management experience and ability to work comfortably with Business Heads in the Organization
