Purpose of the role: Leading, designing, managing and implementing Human Resource Development initiatives for the Organization
Reporting to: Sr VP - HR
Role & Responsibilities
Develop / take forward HR plans which incorporate goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the organization.
Provide support to the top management with respect to strategic decision-making and advice on important organizational issues.
Improve the performance of the organization with effective implementation of Performance Management System.
Nurture healthy Organizational Climate, maintain harmonious employee relations in the organization and ensure timely redressal of employee grievances.
Ensure that effective and appropriate HR policies and procedures are in place which meet statutory requirements and encourage pursuit of best practices.
Undertake manpower planning & talent acquisition for various department and other SBUs.
Designing and executing appropriate manpower development plan covering the entire spectrum of employees. Coach and mentor staff, as appropriate, to improve performance.
Develop appropriate employment engagement activities to retain talent.
Maintain healthy relationship with all internal and external stakeholders.
Protect interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.
Management of Contract Labour / Manpower Outsourcing by complying with all statutory requirements.
Ensure proper compliance of various obligations under various Labour Laws as applicable to the organization.

Qualification & Experience:
- Full time MBA / PG in Human Resource from a reputed institute
- 15 + years of post-qualification experience in a reputed organization with hands on experience in Corporate HR having handled 1000 + employees
Location: Mumbai
Compensation: On par with the industry standards
