- To lead the HR & Employee Care teams for the Pune Location (Technical & Support functions, employee strength of over 300)

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Qualification:

- MBA - HR

Experience:

- 10 – 12 yrs (1-2 yrs of IR Exposure is preferred)

- English & Hindi

Travel Frequency:

- 5 Days per month
