GM HR - ER/IR - Mfg/Plant/Auto/FMCG

We have an urgent requirement for General Manager - HR (ER/IR) for a MNC Company (Manufacturing Division) in Delhi/NCR.

- Candidate should have minimum 20 years of experience in the HR ER/IR function.

- Experience in Plant/Manufacturing unit is a must.

- Candidate should have 80% Industrial Relations and 20% HR Generalist experience

- Age limit not more than 48 years.

- Preferably from Consumer Electronics, Durables, Automobile & Heavy Engineering Industry

Preferred qualification - MSW / MBA in HR - full time
